Mr. Lloyd Roberts - President CEO

Mr. Roberts is a licensed Private Investigator in the state of Nevada. Mr. Roberts provided services for the Mandalay Resort Group, a major owner of gaming and hotel properties in Las Vegas, Nevada and elsewhere, where he served as the Corporate Director of Security Training for over six years. Previously he completed 25 years of service with the Aurora, Colorado Police Department, retiring with the rank of sergeant. Lloyd’s entire career in security and law enforcement has evolved around security and training. Mr. Roberts is a graduate of the Nevada POST Instructor Development Course and is a certified instructor in the martial art of Tae Kwon Do. Additionally, he is a graduate of the Verbal Judo Institute, Inc., in New Mexico and a certified security instructor in California. Mr. Roberts is a subject matter expert in Use of Force, CPR/First Aid, Firearms, the use of Aerosol Subject Restraints, Supervision, Field Training Officer Development, Report Writing and many other security related subjects.

Mr. Roberts has been principle owner of a security and consulting company in Colorado and Nevada from 1978 to the present.

Ms. Anna Roberts - Director of Human Resources Management

Ms. Roberts brings considerable business experience to RSS. Anna has worked in accounting and marketing in banking and credit unions for 23 years. Anna has experience as Director of Human Resources and Marketing for Roberts Security Solutions

Andy Vanyo - Executive consultant

Mr. Vanyo is an administrative consultant with over 20 years experience in managing . Security Departments for Ceasers Palace Hotel/Casino, Excalibur Hotel/Casino Luxor Hotel/Casino and Nevada Palace Hotel Casino in Las Vegas, Nv. Andy’s experience consisted of Director of Security for security departments of over 120 security officers and participating in the installation and upgrade of surveillance and CCTV Systems at each property. Andy has held the position of Chief of Gaming Enforcement Division at the Nevada Gaming Control Board, is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, the Southern Police Institute and retired as a command officer for the Cleveland Ohio Police Department.
