offers customized courses to meet the unique needs
of clients. RSS completes a detailed needs
assessment to identify the areas of instruction
needed by individual clients. Clients can then take
advantage of the cafeteria style of curriculum
design by reviewing the multitude of courses,
selecting a combination of courses and allowing RSS
instructors to design and present a customized
course of instruction. Days of the week and hours of
the day for classes are also flexible, around a
client’s need to keep staff on the job. RSS will
provide on Site Training to address the needs of
Clients. Comprehensive training records are
maintained on each student for future verification
of training.
